The first visit
We look at the attic, walls, crawl space and equipment, ask about the rooms that bother you and take photos and measurements.
You receive an honest summary of what we found.
The proposal
A written scope follows, listing areas, materials, depths, air sealing and cleanup. We review it with you and answer questions before you decide.
Nothing starts until you are comfortable.
Preparation
We protect floors on the path to the attic, set up equipment outside and ask you to clear access. We note stored items and move them with your permission.
On the day, the crew leads with a quick walkthrough.
Air sealing and prep
Leaks come first, then baffles and barriers around flues and fixtures. Moisture or damage we find is shown to you.
This step makes the insulation work as it should.
Installation
Loose-fill goes in at a measured depth, batts are fitted cavity by cavity and foam is applied in controlled passes. We place depth markers and check coverage.
Most homes finish in one to two days.
Cleanup and verification
We clean the work area, remove debris and walk you through the results. Where it applies, we test again and share the numbers.
You receive photos and product information for your records.
Expect an inspection, a written scope, a careful install and a walkthrough, and ask for anything you do not understand.
